Can you arrange an airport transfer?
Yes. We can recommend trusted drivers or help coordinate a private car from Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) when you reserve. After a long flight this is the simplest way to reach the villa. We can also arrange a transfer back to the airport when you leave.
How long is the drive from Colombo airport?
Hikkaduwa is about two to two-and-a-half hours by road from BIA, depending on traffic. The airport is roughly 30 kilometres north of Colombo.
Can I take the train from Colombo?
Yes. The coastal train between Colombo and Galle is scenic and good value. Hikkaduwa station is close to Kurunduwatta Road. Many guests walk the last few minutes or take a short tuk-tuk with luggage.
How far is the beach from the villa?
Hikkaduwa Beach, the coral reef, and turtle-watching spots are a 5 to 10-minute walk from Kurunduwatta Road. Coral reef snorkelling, Turtle Beach, and the main beach are all nearby.
Do I need a visa for Sri Lanka?
Most visitors need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) before travel. Apply online through Sri Lanka's official immigration portal, and check the latest rules for your nationality before you fly.
How do I find Sereniqe Heaven?
We are on Kurunduwatta Road, 80240 Hikkaduwa, Galle District. Open the pin in Google Maps, or WhatsApp us your arrival time and we will help with directions, drivers, and the last stretch from the station.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is 12:00. Complimentary early check-in and late check-out are possible when the calendar allows - just ask when you book.
Is it self check-in?
Yes. Arrival is by lockbox so you can come in on your own after a long journey. We share access details before you arrive, and we are on WhatsApp if you need us at the door.
How many guests can stay?
The upper floor sleeps up to 4 guests. Entire villa and lower floor stays will open later.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, pets are welcome. Tell us when you enquire so we can prepare the house.
